BY ENROLLING INTO A SESSION AT BEAUTIFULLY MADE ATELIER, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

KINDNESS & RESPECT: You and your child agree to treat all participants of Beautifully Made Atelier programs with kindness and respect.

SOMETIMES WE GET MESSY: We love to have fun and get messy! You will make sure your child is properly dressed for Beautifully Made Atelier – this means wearing clothing that is ok to get dirty.

WE RESPECT OUR MATERIALS: At Beautifully Made Atelier, we use a wide range of materials in our projects including, but not limited to: paint, glue, pastel, chalk, fiber, wax, glue guns, hammers, and other sharp objects. While we do our best to monitor every child’s use of these materials, accidents may occur from time to time due to the inherent risk in using these materials. You understand that these materials are not meant for consumption and will instruct your child not to consume any materials and to always conduct themselves in a safe manner.

SAFETY FIRST: The safety of your child and other children is our top priority. You acknowledge that your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that make it dangerous or unwise for your child to safely participate in our sessions.

PERMISSION TO SHARE: We love promoting and sharing what we do with others! We may take photographs, video and/or audio (the “Media”) during our sessions to post on our social media. We are the sole owner of any Media and may use the Media in any way, in our sole discretion. You grant us permission to use your child’s image without any restriction and waive your right to inspect or approve the Media.

PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE:
You give your permission for your child to participate in Beautifully Made Atelier. You release and hold Beautifully Made Atelier harmless from any and all liability that may arise in connection with the studio's programs.

RAIN OR SHINE: This is a all weather outdoor studio so you will need to make sure your child is properly dressed for the weather!

HOMESCHOOL FAMILIES: If you are using Charter funds to pay for the sessions on a monthly basis, be sure to request the correct amount for the month. It is the parents' responsibility and your teacher (HST) should be able to assist you with that. Please also note that I will not be returning any Purchase Orders (PO's) to get prorated so if we receive any at the full price we will take the money and use towards art materials. I appreciate your understanding and thank you for having your children join us in our exploration of art and creativity.

ENROLLMENT POLICY: If enrollment for a place (places) in a session is made, and if it is found that a cancellation or a no show would be necessary then a 30 day notice is required in order to avoid a charge for that place (those places). Because of the limited capacity and high demand of Beautifully Made Atelier, we strive to ensure that all children get a guaranteed place in a session and also to accommodate those seeking one when the roster is filling up. We ask that you be considerate and fair so that others may take the place if your child(ren) is unable to. Failure to send notice ahead of time for cancellation and a no show situation will result of full charge of that session.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full session payment is due at the time of enrollment and NO REFUNDS after enrollment. Because of the limited capacity and high demand of Beautifully Made Atelier, we do not offer makeups or refunds for missed classes, even if you know you will miss ahead of time.
